Numbers count. When we talk to the Town Council, the School Board, the Regional District of Nanaimo we represent you, our members. The more members we represent, the more weight our presentations have.  During the past year we have tripled our membership and our voice is now being heard.  We can no longer be passed off as a small group who just represent themselves. If you support what we do, become a member. The fee is $40.00 for three years (or $15.00 for a year) for all the adult members of a household.  To get a copy of the application form click the button below.

Be Involved in Your Community

The QBRA is just one way to be part of your community.  It is important that all residents become active participants.  Volunteer with the  groups that the community offers (many of them are in our Links page).  Talk to your neighbours about what is going on in our community.  Write to the newspapers and phone the radio stations.  Contact your Town Council and the individual councillors.
