Bruce is a long time resident of Qualicum Beach. He has a graduate degree in Architecture, is a member of Passive House Canada, is LEED certified, and over 30 years experience in sustainable residential design. His presentation on Climate Change is titled “Global Crisis - Local Solutions”.
